- Target oriented Candidate with excellent communication skill required for Business generation for Our Start-up Recruitment Consultancy.
Lead business development through new client generation.
- 2. Market Research, Analysis & identification of potential clients in India & Abroad.
- 3. Managing new clients as KAM till they settle down and move to new client after handing over the same to Head Operations.
- 4. Ensuring revenue generation from new businesses.
- 5. Manage customer relationships
- 6. Client servicing, getting requirements from clients.
Recruitment/Staffing/Consultancy background must.
Market Research, Analysis & identification of potential clients in India & Abroad.
Approach new businesses with proposals.10. Can work on Resident Manager basis initially.
- Desired Profile Needed-
- Experience Range- 6-15 Years. Atleast 5 years in Recruitment Consultancy.
- Must Graduate & MBA.

- 2.Strong connections in Market.

- 4.Business planning & forecasting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
